ARRANGEMENTList item 1Completely renovated, carefully decorated and perfectly maintained, our CONFIDENCE 24 apartment is very functional, warm and perfectly furnished. You benefit from more privacy, more freedom, more space than in a hotel room. - Apartment renovated and carefully decorated - Comfortable bedding in perfect clean condition - Facilities complying with health and safety standards and in perfect working and maintained condition. - Crockery, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils in sufficient number and in perfect condition. Cleanliness is our priority. The operation of the equipment and the condition of the furniture is systematically checked between each rental. Our CONFIDENCE 24 apartment is fully equipped, ready to live in for your vacations or business trips. It is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). It is a T2 (separate bedroom). The living room is south-facing so you can enjoy plenty of light, the bedroom is north-facing. The apartment consists of: - a separate bedroom with large dressing room storage (wardrobes, shelves, and office area with reading available) - a bathroom (sink, shower, WC) - a living room with kitchen area and living area , equipped with a sofa bed (rapido size 140cm) - a washing machine is available to our tenants in the common areas Accommodation not suitable for disabled people

BEDDING AND LINENSList item 3Our LE CONFIDENCE 24 apartment is equipped with a 1 double bed (140cm) in the bedroom, and a RAPIDO 140cm sofa bed in the living room. We provide linens on request, with a supplement of €30. The kit includes sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers, towels, as well as 1 tea towel and 1 hand towel.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATIONList item 4The apartments are located in the heart of the town of Aix les Bains. It’s location #1, ideal for doing everything on foot! Rue du Dauphin (pedestrian street) is a truly privileged location, in the heart of the city and in a quiet area. The 1st supermarket is located around 150m away. The train station is 200m away. You will find many restaurants at the foot of the building. The Valvital thermal baths are approximately 10 minutes away on foot. (the shuttle is 100m away) We provide all of our tenants with 3 bikes to share for your trips to the lakeside or the location of your choice.

TO PARKOur accommodations do not have private parking. Several solutions are available to you if you come by car: - You can park for free a few streets from the apartments (in the streets above the church). We provide you with a small list of free streets in our welcome booklet - You can park at the Chaudanne car park, which is located 100m from the apartment, it is an underground car park. You benefit from a 50% reduction if you book for more than 1 week. It costs around €75 for 3 weeks. - You can take out a subscription for €10 per week for parking in a green zone (click for more details) - Finally, we can put you in touch with a partner to rent a parking space for €12 per week (located 500m from the apartment) - subject to availability. Given the ideal location of our apartments, you can do everything on foot!

ARRIVEES ET DEPARTSArrivals and departures are every day of the week. Arrivals are from 5 p.m. To facilitate your arrival in our apartments, the keys can be collected directly at the entrance to the apartment at a time that suits you. Departures are before 11 a.m.

ANIMALSWe really like animals but unfortunately they are not allowed in the apartment for hygiene reasons.

CIGARETTESmoking is strictly FORBIDDEN in the apartments.

CANCELATIONWe can offer you cancellation insurance if you wish. It must be purchased at the time of booking and costs 6% of the total rental amount.
