COVID-19 PROCEDURE
COME WITH PEACE OF MIND
Although we obviously did not wait for this pandemic to respect the basic rules of hygiene, during the COVID-19 epidemic, we ensure special cleaning and hygiene measures for our apartments, following the recommendations of the site official of the French government.
To ensure both the well-being of our guests and health safety, here are our rules now in force in our apartments:
1. PROTECTION OF HOUSEHOLD STAFF
Before any cleaning, our cleaning worker will wear gloves and a mask. She will also wear a blouse and her own shoes will remain outside.
2. AERATION
Healthy air is our primary concern, it is the air we breathe and the quality of which we ensure. Our apartments are ventilated before and during the entire cleaning procedure.
3. CLEANING BEFORE DISINFECTION
We clean all surfaces in the apartment using traditional detergent products to remove dirt, grease, dust and germs. This will facilitate the eradication of the virus.
4. SURFACE DISINFECTION
Once the surfaces are clean, we apply a disinfectant using a spray.
We use products that meet the EN14476 standard (bactericide, fungicide, virucide).
We pay particular attention to frequently touched surfaces such as switches, door handles, remote controls, faucet handles, household appliances, furniture, etc.
5. HOUSEHOLD LINEN
All household linen is washed professionally, at the highest recommended temperature, in order to eradicate any virus present.
6. PROVISION OF HYDROALCOHOLIC GEL
Disinfectant gel is available within our establishment. We ask our dear tenants to please disinfect their hands before entering the apartment.
