Arrival times

Entry into the apartment can be done from 5 p.m.

If you arrive before 5 p.m., you can collect the keys and leave your suitcases in our hallway until the apartment is ready.

Payment

Payment for the stay, maintenance costs as well as the tourist tax (according to the current rate) is made before entering the apartment.

The deposit of €250 will be requested upon entry (either by automatic credit card imprint or by check).

Delivery of keys

In order to facilitate your arrival in one of our Confidence apartments in Aix les Bains, the keys can be collected directly from a key box (corresponding to the apartment number), which is located at the door. entrance to our Confidence apartments.

You will receive the key box code by email, 24 hours before your arrival.
